Rooted & Release is a highly complex, smoky, earthy, and slightly herbaceous multi-functional therapeutic oil. A calming meditation oil, that is sophisticated with floral-undertones. Our oil has been formulated with intent as a Spiritual & Grounding Meditation helper.  Given the inclusion of Frankincense, Sage, Mugwort, and Patchouli, this blend is excellent for grounding, meditation, and spiritual practices.  Apply to pulse points or the third eye before meditation to encourage stillness and reduce mental agitation.

Meditative Anointing: Use a small amount on the "frontal line" (heart to neck) or forehead before yoga or journaling to restore balance. Great for Full Moon release rituals as it has been charged.
